Shri Dhananjay Mande Sahib, Minister for Social Welfare, Government of Maharashtra, was invited to the Government Rest House, Sahyadri, Malabar Hill, Vasant Rao Hall, Mumbai, with the efforts of Mr. Farooq Shah Sahib, MLA. The meeting was held.
In this meeting, students and individuals of Shah-Chhaparband-Faqir Samaj had a lively discussion to overcome the difficulties encountered in obtaining caste certificate and validity.

The Director and senior officers of the concerned department were present. The proceedings of today's meeting were duly written.
In this high level meeting, first the President of the meeting Dhananjay Mande Sahib welcomed all the participants. He also presented the above mentioned issues in writing to the said Minister.
After that, at the behest of Haji Abdul Rehman Shah Sahib and Farooq Shah Sahib (MLA), the State President of Anjuman Muslim Shah Baradri Maharashtra, Mr. Shakir Sheikh Sahib explained in every document from 1820 to 2015 how Shah-Faqir-Chhaparband is the same society. He proved it and also issued documentary evidence. How the positive order of the Mumbai High Court-Nagpur Bench was misled by the officers of the previous government. It was stated in the meeting that the court clearly stated that Guidance should not be taken out but the law should be amended.

In the report of the Khatri Commission and in more than two dozen cases, the High Court has considered Shah-Faqir-Chhaparband as one society. Cast certificate and validity should be given.
Farooq Shah Sahib and Haji Abdul Rehman Shah informed the Minister about its seriousness.
The Minister listened to all the arguments carefully. He read the documents and then said that he understood the whole thing. The basis of the report of the commission will soon be Shah-Chhaparband. Necessary amendments will be made in favor of poor society.
All the participants clapped their hands and MLA Mr. Farooq Shah thanked the Minister.
Thus, today's high-level round table meeting was 100% successful.
